COALITION DIGITAL INFLUENCER

A Coalition Digital Influencer is an individual or affinity group with a diverse social identity, a strong social media presence, and a central mission to advocate for greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the outdoors. Digital Influencers primarily benefit through the coalition's ability to amplify their efforts to #diversifyoutdoors by posting their events in our calendar and sharing their work in our internal member newsletter. Occasionally, they might post jobs at a discount on the job board or purchase discounted advertisements in the non-member newsletter. 

ALLIED BUSINESS OR NON-PROFIT

Organized as: business or non-profit

An Allied Business or Non-profit is an organization looking to change the status-quo of the outdoor recreation and conservation industry. They find these job boards very useful as they begin by actively changing internally to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. These organizations are also interested in advocating for DEI in industry meetings and governmental policy to make lasting changes industry-wide. Occasionally these allies might purchase discounted advertisements in the non-member newsletter.
